🎖️ Legion Week 2025 – A Week Early, But Full of Heart!
We may have jumped the gun by celebrating Legion Week a week early this year—but if enthusiasm counts for anything, we nailed it! The Kenora Legion was buzzing with activity, laughter, and connection as we kicked off the season with a full slate of events.
🥞 Pancake Breakfast
We started the week with a classic crowd-pleaser: a pancake breakfast that brought members and guests together over hot coffee, fluffy stacks, and good conversation. There’s nothing like syrup and smiles to start things off right.
🍽️ First General Dinner Meeting of the Fall
Our first general dinner meeting of the season was a great success. It was wonderful to see familiar faces back at the table, sharing updates and ideas for the months ahead. The energy in the room reminded us why this community matters.
🎤 Karaoke Night – Special Thanks to Terry!
Friday night turned into a full-blown singalong thanks to our Karaoke event. A huge shoutout to Terry for making the night unforgettable—your setup and spirit kept the tunes rolling and the crowd cheering.
🥩 Saturday Meat Draw
We wrapped up the week with our ever-popular meat draw on Saturday. As always, it was a hit, with plenty of laughs and lucky winners heading home with some tasty prizes.
Even though we were a little early, the turnout and enthusiasm made it feel just right. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our “pre-Legion Week” celebration one to remember. Here’s to a season full of connection, tradition, and community spirit.
