Veteran Support

The Royal Canadian Legion is Canada’s largest Veteran support organization — and these services are free to all Veterans, currently serving CAF and RCMP members, and their families, whether or not you’re a Legion member.

Talk to Our Service Officer

Wayne Baker is Branch 12’s Service Officer — your first point of contact for Poppy Trust Fund financial assistance and general questions about the benefits you may be entitled to. For Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) disability claims specifically, our Branch Officer will connect you with the Command Service Officer, who is legislatively mandated to handle the claims and appeals process. Confidential, no cost, no obligation, either way.
